In this role you enable Cytiva’s mission to advance future therapies by delivering installation, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment at client sites across Italy. You will represent Cytiva to customers, manage service activities and stock, and contribute to revenue programs through service contracts. The role combines hands‑on engineering with customer‑facing responsibilities in a remote, cross‑regional setting, backed by Danaher’s system of continuous improvement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive impactful outcomes for healthcare customers and patients.

- Plan and execute on‑site service activities (installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure performance and uptime




- Promote and support service contracts and revenue programs
- Represent Cytiva to clients and manage relationships
- Manage stock and work orders
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
- Participate in sales opportunities and xysqume assist with revenue initiatives
- Education: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
- Ability to travel 70% with overnight stays within territory
