Business Development Manager - Footwear

Panoramica: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help develop the footwear market for our TPE business. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the TPE team to identify and drive new opportunities for growth. Responsabilità: - Develop and maintain TPE market intelligence for the Footwear market
- Map, build, and develop relationships with customers and industry players
- Understand & proactively analyze customer’s TPE products and service needs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities
- Manage new customer and transfer to the sales team after scaleup
- Monitor, track and report monthly progress of agreed indicators vs. plan




- Own the business case for new opportunities and work closely with the technical team on stage gate projects
- Defines Business & Marketing plan for Footwear Qualifiche: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field
- MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in technical sales or business development roles
- Experience in business development projects, preferably in a leadership level role.
- Previous market / business management experience in Footwear
- TPE experience a plus
