Junior Mechanical Design & Digital Innovation Engineer

As a graduate engineer in Agordo, you will design metal components and assemblies while driving digitalization, automation, and AI-driven improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering efficiency and support the organization’s digital transformation. The role blends traditional mechanical design with innovative digital tools to optimize workflows and product development. - Design and develop metal components and assemblies ensuring feasibility and quality
- Create and manage 3D CAD models and technical drawings
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrialization teams during product development
- Contribute to product improvements and engineering development projects
- Develop and implement digital tools to boost engineering efficiency




- Drive process digitalization and automation initiatives within Engineering
- Explore, test, and promote AI-based solutions for engineering activities
- Support digital transformation projects and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and optimize workflows
- Contribute to evolution of engineering processes through digital technologies and innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, xysqume or related technical disciplines
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software and mechanical design principles
- Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and AI technologies
- Good command of English
- Formula SAE experience or similar technical project is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA, Matlab, or similar is a plus
- Curiosity, creativity, and passion for innovation
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
