In this role you will drive production projects from concept to implementation, aligning with Ariston Group's strategic objectives and timelines. You will enhance line efficiency and support continuous improvement on a dedicated production line, collaborating across functions and with suppliers. You will contribute to decarbonization efforts and energy management as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program. This is an opportunity to shape manufacturing processes on a global scale within a sustainability-focused company.

- Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities for continuous improvement




- Assist in investments to create new production islands and lines
- Manage BOM, MES system and the manufacturing plant mold pool
- Implement the manufacturing plant energy management system and contribute to decarbonization activities under Road to 100 Ariston
- Degree xysqume in mechanical engineering or similar
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector
