**Location**: Hybrid Remote: to Theale, UK or Milan, Italy offices Tasks
- Plan, develop, and implement paid campaigns, tracking performance and optimizing based on data-driven decisions.
- Formulate campaign strategy, research keywords, analyze competitors, and conduct continual testing and optimization.
- Manage daily operations of paid campaigns, including bid management, budget management, impression share monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Optimize overall account and platform performance, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize account spend and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for implementation of testing and optimization plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and global counterparts.
- Own regular reporting and analysis of paid campaigns, presenting results and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on latest search engine/technology trends and changes impacting marketing goals.
- Utilize various tools for data-driven approach to campaign creation, targeting, and optimization. **Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable experience in managing high-quality paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience in handling large budgets and multiple campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record of driving strong paid performance.
- Ability to analyze data and produce optimized account strategy.
- Commercially minded, organized, and highly accurate with numbers.
- Strong analytical abilities in Excel.
- High ability to prioritize and self-manage projects.
- Entrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset.
- Strong presentation skills.
- High knowledge of best practices in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with Analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Desire to further expand and develop digital marketing skills.
- Additional language is a plus.
