Our client is a large Multinational Group, with almost 50 plants in Europe, leader in metal products technology. We offer you to have an interesting position in an international company where they value personal development and experience. We currently have a vacancy for a **Finance Controller** in one of the their factory in Emilia Romagna. **Posizione**:
In this role you monitor, together with the plant manager, the financial key performance indicators of the plant, according to the Group accounting rules, IFRS and local statutory requirements; you are an active Member of the plant management team and you manage the finance department. You prepare and analyze budget and rolling forecasts, and ensure reporting is delivered on time in full. You monitor manufacturing costs and analyze variance against standard manufacturing costs. You support the other plant's departments in analyzing their cost performance. You control, alert and implement corrective actions in case of identified financial issues.



You participate actively in the continuous improvement programme to achieve World Class Performance in the finance area. **Requisiti**: - You have a degree in Business Finance Control/Accounting with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- You possess a strong knowledge and understanding of costs and variances of manufacturing accounting.
- Well organized, good planning, methodological and attention to details skills are key competencies.
- You have good coaching and management skills, with open minded and good communication skills.
- You are able to work in a high-pressure environment to tight timescales.
- You have an advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and VBA), with a sound experience in JDE, SAP or another ERP.
- Besides Italian, you are fluent in English and French could be a plus. **Altre informazioni**:
