- OperationsWe are looking for a **Facility Manager** to supervise, control and manage the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of owned and leased properties. **YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**: - Check systems, maintenance, keep fire prevention registers updated, maintain contact with tenants
- In the case of properties with multiple tenants, keep the consumption accounting tables updated and give the necessary information to the administrative offices for customer charges
- Periodically visit the properties in Triveneto, i.e. Verona Q.E. Sommacampagna (VR), Altavilla Vicentina (VI), Paese (TV), etc.
- Interact with: purchasing office, legal office, insurance office, administration, HSE, and all the managers of the various sites **WHO YOU ARE**: - You have a good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- You are fluent in English
- You have good communication skills and the ability to interact with people
