You will have the opportunity to support and contribute to exciting projects that shape the future of energy. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and manage Level 3/4 Integrated Master Schedules for EPC power transmission projects across all project phases (EPCM+C). /li liDefine WBS structure and activity sequencing aligned with contractual milestones and interface dependencies. /li liConduct critical path, float, and schedule risk analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo) to identify risks and opportunities. /li liCoordinate with cross-functional teams to collect progress data and maintain accurate schedule baselines. /li liPrepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders and clients. /li liSupport EOT claims, monitor vendor/subcontractor schedules, and interface with client PMO on planning and reporting activities. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li5-8 years of project planning/scheduling experience in EPC projects within the power transmission sector. /li liHands-on experience with high-voltage AC/DC substations or HVDC systems. /li liSolid understanding of EPC contract structures (FIDIC Silver/Yellow Book preferred), interface management, and milestone-driven delivery models. /li liExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and integration of cost/schedule data. /li liYou are proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and familiar with MS Project or schedule integration tools. /li liFamiliarity with schedule risk assessment tools (Safran Risk, Oracle Risk Analysis, or equivalent). /li liStrong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken)
