Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a bTravel Security Manager /b who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all company personnel during business travel and missions, both domestically and internationally. This role involves the operational management of the entire travel security process, from risk analysis to emergency response, in compliance with the company's Duty of Care obligations. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul libRisk Assessment and Management: /bAnalyze and evaluate risks (geopolitical, health, criminal, etc.) associated with business travel destinations, defining the risk level for each trip. /li libPolicy Development and Implementation: /bDevelop, update, and implement the company's Travel Security policy and related operating procedures, in line with industry standards (e.g., UNI/PdR 124:2022 if relevant for the local context). /li libPlanning and Travel Support:



/bProvide support and consultation to employees before, during, and after travel, ensuring they are equipped with appropriate information and security measures. /li libEmergency and Crisis Management: /bServe as the primary point of contact (or manage the related structure) for handling incidents, emergencies, or crises involving personnel in transit (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, medical issues). /li libTraining and Awareness: /bDevelop and deliver security training programs and briefings for travelers, promoting a culture of prevention and a defensive mindset. /li libMonitoring and Intelligence: /bConstantly gather, analyze, and monitor information related to global security and risk areas, utilizing specialized Travel Security Analyst services if necessary. /li libVendor Management: /bManage relationships with external providers of security services, medical assistance, and logistics for business travel. /li libRegulatory Compliance: /bEnsure the company's compliance with current health and safety regulations in the workplace, including international contexts. /li liWork closely with bCorporate Risk EHS /b functions to define the controls through the process in the stores. /li liCollaborate with bProcurement HR /b to implement the best standards. /li liCollaborate with internal and external bLegal dept, Police /b and in general with blaw enforcement. /b /li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul libPrevious Experience: /b experience in similar roles, law enforcement, armed forces, or specialized security consulting firms. /li libCertifications: /bPossession of recognized professional certifications,
