This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some previous experience in category management, product support, commercial operations, or sales support who enjoys working with data, SAP, and cross-functional teams.br/You will be responsible for supporting vendor operations, maintaining product and pricing information, monitoring stock availability, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing business insights through reporting. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liSupport the day-to-day management of Security vendor portfolios. /li liMaintain product, pricing, and commercial data within SAP. /li liMonitor inventory levels and collect stock requirements for the Italian business. /li liLiaise with vendors to expedite orders and improve product availability.



/li liResolve order blocks and support order fulfilment activities. /li liProcess credit notes and manage back-office operational processes. /li liWork closely with the Marketing team to manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF). /li liPrepare and maintain reports on sales, orders, stock, and business performance. /li liAnalyse business data to support commercial and purchasing decisions. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and vendor partners. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liSome previous experience in Category Management, Product Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or a similar role. /li liExperience working with SAP is essential. /li liStrong analytical mindset with experience producing and interpreting business reports. /li liExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills. /li liComfortable working with data and multiple internal systems. /li liGood communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liKnowledge of QMT or similar ERP/business systems would be an advantage. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liHybrid working (2-3 days at the office per week) /li liExposure to leading cybersecurity vendors and innovative technologies. /li liLearning and professional development opportunities. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package.
