ppWe are seeking an experienced and passionate bRestaurant Manager /b to lead an upscale bItalian fine dining concept /b located within a prestigious b5-star luxury property in Dubai /b. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership. /p pbNote: /b Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks /li liDeliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction /li liManage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation /li liMaintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards /li liCollaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic bItalian cuisine offerings /b and menu excellence /li liDrive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiatives /li liMonitor financial performance, including budgeting, PL, and cost management /li liEnsure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health safety standards /li liHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution /li liBuild strong relationships with guests,



fostering loyalty and repeat business /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum b3-5 years /b of experience as a Restaurant Manager in bfine dining or luxury hospitality environments /b /li liProven experience in bItalian cuisine concepts /b is highly preferred /li liStrong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills /li liExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) /li liSolid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment /li liStrong knowledge of bItalian dining service styles, cuisine, and culture /b is advantageous /li liProven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and operational performance /li liExperience working within b5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or standalone fine dining restaurants /b is preferred /li liCandidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply; brelocation support will be provided for suitable candidates applying from outside the UAE /b /li liFurnished b1-bedroom apartment /b /li liTips as per company policy /li libResidence visa medical insurance /b (self) /li libAnnual flight encashment /b to home destination every year /li libRelocation assistance /b for selected candidates applying from outside the UAE /li lib6 days off per month /b (subject to operational requirements) /li /ul h3Work Schedule /h3 pThis position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements.
