ph3Job Description /h3pUbisoft Milan is looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting and Cost Controlling Team. In cooperation with the Accounting Cost Control Manager the new resource will be involved in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company. /ppbMain Responsibilities: /b /pulliEnsuring the processing (SDI) and accounting entries about third parties invoices, VAT treatment /liliQuarterly submission of LIPE. Monthly Intrastat /liliProviding data for VAT return declaration /liliProviding data for annual tax certification for independent contractors /liliPayroll Entries as well as monthly reconciliation of related GL accounts (social charges, tfr) /liliQuarterly reconciliation between invoices recorded and invoices received via SDI /liliRecording of bank transactions and Monthly Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation /liliMonthly accruals and provision to ensure costs are correctly allocated as per accounting principles /liliEnsuring invoices are paid in a timely manner /liliManaging the expenses report ensuring these are compliant with our internal policies and procedures /liliFixed asset management ensuring the correct accounting and depreciation treatment /liliPerforming balance sheet reconciliation /liliSupporting the audit activities internal and external on a quarterly basis /liliStoring and archiving of accounting documentation as per law requirements /liliCommunication and support other departments /liliSupporting the preparation of the yearly financial statement /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDiploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics /liliPrevious experience in the role, at least 1/2 years; /liliProficient knowledge of Excel; /liliProficient in English. /li /ulh3As a Plus /h3ulliKnowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, HFM, and/or other accounting systems /liliKnowledge of consolidated financial statements and IFRS Principles /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pUbisoft is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our player community.
