and s tandard EU trade flows. /ppThe candidate will ensure compliance with dangerous goods transport regulations and maintain supply chain efficiency. /ppThis position is located in Trecate (NO), Italy. /ph3bWhat will you be doing? /b /h3ulliCoordinating and supervising the Import/Export team. /liliPlanning and organizing domestic and international shipments (Export). /liliManaging and updating customs documentation, certificates of origin, and letters of credit. /liliSupervising compliance with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations for dangerous goods. /liliInterfacing with freight forwarders, international clients, and internal departments (Production, Sales, Shipping/Warehouse, and HSE). /liliContinuously aligning operational customs flows with the Customs Trade Manager. /li /ulh3bWho are You? /b /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent Technical/Linguistic Diploma, with training in logistics/international trade. /liliProven experience (3–5 years) in export logistics, with knowledge of freight forwarding services (air, ocean, road), warehousing, distribution, and export, preferably in the chemical industry. /li /ulh3bWhat competencies will you need? /b /h3ulliProficiency in handling key documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, CMR, certificates of origin). /liliStrong knowledge of Incoterms. /liliAbility to quickly resolve customs clearance issues.



/liliCertification or in-depth knowledge of ADR regulations for dangerous goods transport. /liliExcellent command of English (a second language is a plus). /liliAdvanced use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office, Copilot, and other AI-based tools. /liliStrong leadership, problem-solving, and stress management skills. /li /ulh3bWe are Offering... /b /h3pYou will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). /ppAs part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, you will participate in a generous performance related premio scheme, as well as a yearly welfare plan. /ppYou will receive a company laptop computer, and you will access to the company canteen. /ppWorking time: 38 hours/week.
