Work in Portugal - Customer Support Representative (Italian Market) Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat.

Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries.

Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.

Stay up to date with new products & company updates.

Qualifications Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) & good English (B2+).

Excellent communication & empathy skills.

Customer service experience is a plus.

Ready for an on-site role in Lisbon.

Benefits 1,000 €/month base (×14 months).

100 €/month performance premio (×12 months).

2,000 € welcome bonus.
