If you're eager to learn, passionate about data and technology, and excited to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities. /li liEvaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI‑powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova’s strategic goals.



/li liExplore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence. /li liSupport the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms. /li liDesign and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. /li liEnsure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as Data Analytics Specialist. /li liSolid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting). /li liStrong understanding of data analytics architectures, with interest or experience in AI/ML applications. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus. /li liStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul pWorkplace: Castellanza (VA) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
