Join the MarCom Cooling Line team, through an exciting VIE as Integrated Marketing Campaigns Analyst, based in Conselve, Italy! Leverage communication as a key enabler of cultural alignment, knowledge sharing, and organizational transformation. Help shape and scale internal communication approaches that foster engagement and collaboration across regions.

Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, internal communications, events). Support global communication initiatives tied to the UNIFY program, enabling knowledge sharing and cultural alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Support the monitoring of campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and content effectiveness. Contribute to best practices in content dissemination to increase reach and impact, particularly in internal communication environments. Assist the team to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

1–2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related field (internships or apprenticeships included). Fluent in English (oral and written). Strong interest in integrated marketing and internal communication, with a desire to learn how campaigns drive business impact.





Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, simple, and engaging messages (with guidance). Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, tone, and audience. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.

Autonomous, adaptable, continuous improvement mindset. Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns that span every customer touchpoint. Access to cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies that drive real results.
