In this role, you will drive engineering projects at the plant, supporting NPD and value engineering initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, implement new technologies, and own equipment development from supplier scouting to production release. You will oversee digitalization of production and monitor energy and machine data, coordinating with operators, maintenance, and external technicians. You will help introduce new production lines and foster strong cross‑functional collaboration to achieve manufacturing excellence.

- Manage engineering projects and technical activities at the plant, supporting NPD, VAVE, cost‑saving and process‑improvement initiatives
- Plan and execute continuous improvement programs in manufacturing technologies and processes
- Implement new technologies aligned with FHCS sourcing/production strategies




- Own development of new equipment from supplier scouting to production release
- Oversee digitalization of production processes and digital production management systems
- Monitor energy consumption and machine data; optimize efficiency
- Serve as interface between operators/maintenance and external technicians for machine‑related matters
- Support introduction and evaluation of new production lines
- Foster collaboration between Production, Manufacturing R&D; and other relevant functions on engineering topics

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in engineering projects and technical activities
- Fluent in Italian; good command of English
- Basic experience in Project Management
- Basic knowledge of Safety and Environmental practices
