What To Expect

- Review and process warranty invoices and claims submitted by customer service networks.
- Verify claim compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and technical standards.
- Analyze warranty documentation and supporting evidence.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of warranty interventions.

What You Bring Along
- Technical education in the automotive field.
- Good automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and service operations.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and organized approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively within a team.Good English skills are mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
