As a QA Operations Intern, you will join our Quality Operations team, supporting the Quality Operations Team Leader and QOps Team. You will be involved in various activities, including complaint investigations, GMP deviations, batch release, and client communication for quality topics. As a QA Operations Intern, you will be responsible for: - Managing deviations and ensuring timely resolution
- Facilitating quality cross-communications with clients
- Handling complaint management processes
- Assisting with batch disposition and related release documentation **Minimum Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, CTF, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
