Reports to Front Office Manager **Primary Responsibilities Include**: - Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs
- Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards
- Coordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service
- Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints
- Cross sell hotel services and venues
- Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests
- Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management’ goals ensuring all guest’ satisfaction **Requirements**:
**What You Bring**: - Excellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience.
- Detail and guest care oriented
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
- Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
- Preferred knowledge of PMS_ Infor HMS_ and _Alice _Concierge systems but not required **Benefits** **What We Offer**:
