ppThe Area Manager will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of their area of responsibility, whilst ensuring that the operational, commercial and quality objectives set by the company are met. /p pThey will also drive team development, continuous process improvement and the effective implementation of the company’s strategy within their assigned area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the achievement of commercial and operational objective /li liAnalyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement measure /li liLead, motivate and develop managers and teams at each centre /li liEnsure a positive customer experience and high service quality /li liCoordinate new openings, operational changes or new projects within your area /li liMonitor budgets, costs and productivity /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures and employment regulation /li liMaintain open communication between the centres and senior management /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
