Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor supports QVC Italy and drives the growth of digital channels through the implementation of effective commercial strategies coordinating the Traders & Assistantsteam and optimizing the digital performance of eCommerce platforms (website and app).
Where You'll Work
- This is a hybrid role and requires attendance at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month (office days are predetermined and standardized across the company).
- This is a tempo pieno – permanent contract.
What You'll Do
- Support in defining and leading thedigital commercial strategyto maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinating theDigital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development.
- Overseeing the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus on the customer experience.
- Collaborating withMerchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Contentto develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals.
- Analyzing performance, customer insights,
and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Sharing best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation, and acceleration of the digital business.
- Helping drive the long-term expansion of the online channel through the development of new commercial opportunities and a stronger omnichannel strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree inEconomics, Marketing or related fields.
- Solid experience of at least5 years in a digital environment(ideally multi-channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading.
- Previous experience managing people and structured teams in international environments.
- Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional/cross-market collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of key digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of the main digital and traditional tools for performance analysis, conversion optimization, and testing (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Excel, SimilarWeb, Contentsquare, Bazaarvoice, etc.)
- Native Italian and fluent English.

Salary: 36.000,00 € - 45.000,00 €
