We are looking for :
- A new International Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role,
you’ll be the vital link between our beneficiaries and our global network of medical and security professionals ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Responsabilities
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
About you
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French, English.
- Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection. xysqume
