We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. /ppstrongJob Description /strong /ppYou will join the boutique of a prestigious international luxury brand located in the heart of Milan, specializing in both men's and women's ready-to-wear collections. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDeliver an outstanding personalized shopping experience through luxury client advising. /liliWelcome customers and provide exceptional service while building long-lasting client relationships. /liliDrive client loyalty through effective clienteling, CRM management, and engaging storytelling of products and collections. /liliManage cash register operations and contribute to the growth of the boutique's client portfolio through customer retention initiatives. /liliSupport stockroom operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, organization, replenishment, and adherence to brand standards. /liliDemonstrate familiarity with omnichannel retail by assisting with online orders, shipping activities, and client requests across digital sales channels, including platforms such as Farfetch,
ensuring a seamless customer experience between online and in-store services. /liliMaintain the boutique's visual standards and ensure an impeccable presentation of the sales floor and stock areas. /li /ulpstrongProfile /strong /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pullistrongMinimum of 3 years' experience /strong as a Client Advisor or Sales Associate within the luxury retail sector, with a strong background in personalized client service. /liliProven ability to build customer loyalty and establish long-term client relationships. /liliExcellent presentation, positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset. /lilistrongFluent in English is essential.
