In this role you will play a vital part in translating creative vision into high‑quality, commercially viable products, ensuring trims are developed in line with design intent, timelines and budget. Working collaboratively across Design, Product Development and Engineering, you will help bring innovation and craftsmanship to every detail. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, developing a clear understanding of capabilities, capacity and delivery timelines. /li liLead seasonal trim research and present new concepts that align with design direction and brand standards.
/li liDefine and manage the trim development critical path, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively addressed. /li liOversee the sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims, ensuring quality, cost and timing targets are achieved. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Product Development and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and support product testing. /li liMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date information within PLM systems, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout development. /li /ul h3PERSONAL PROFILE /h3 ul liStrong understanding of trim development, materials and construction, with the ability to translate design concepts into technical solutions. /li liProven experience working with vendors, with the ability to communicate clearly and build effective partnerships. /li liConfident managing multiple projects, balancing creativity with commercial awareness and cost considerations. /li liKnowledge across areas such as fabrics, raw materials, garment construction and leather is highly valued. /li liEffective communicator, comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams and navigating challenges collaboratively. /li liExperience with relevant systems and tools, including PLM and Microsoft Excel, with a detail‑oriented approach to accuracy. /li /ul pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
