To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a versatile, dedicated and quality-driven Tournant (m/f/d) who brings flexibility, culinary expertise and a strong team spirit to our kitchen.

Your Tasks

- Independent work in various positions, including mise-en-place work
- Daily control of the inventory
- Responsibility for the cleanliness of the post
- Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
- Compliance with and enforcement of the HACCP guidelines

Your Profile

- Completed vocational training (cook)
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
- Curiosity and enjoyment of new culinary challenges
- Team spirit and willingness to help
