Tour Operations & OTA Executive – Spain Museums

Location: Florence, Italy (In-Person)

We are looking for an experienced Tour Operations & OTA Executive to join our team in Florence, supporting our Spain Museums business.

This is a full-time, office-based position. Only candidates with previous tour operator experience will be considered.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working for a tour operator, DMC, incoming travel agency, or tours & activities company.
- Hands-on experience managing daily tour operations from booking through completion.
- Strong experience with OTA platforms, including GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout, Tiqets, Tripadvisor Experiences, and similar distribution channels.
- Strong working knowledge of Rezdy booking system (mandatory).
- Experience managing reservations, availability, inventory, pricing, and booking modifications.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, guides, transportation providers, and operational logistics.
- Experience handling customer service before, during, and after tours.
- Experience managing high-volume bookings and multiple daily departures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.




- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in Florence or the surrounding area with a valid Italian work permit.
- Available to work full-time from our Florence office, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish and/or Italian language skills.
- Additional languages such as French, German, or Portuguese.
- Experience with museums, attractions, or cultural tourism.
- Sales or account management experience within the tourism industry.
