To strengthen our equestrian team, we are looking for a passionate and welcoming Riding Instructor (m/f/d) who combines a love for horses with enthusiasm for working with children and creating unforgettable experiences in nature.

Your Tasks

-

- Conduct age-appropriate riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders

- Lead trail rides and nature-based riding experiences

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our equestrian programme

- Share knowledge about horses, riding and responsible horse care

- Care for and ensure the wellbeing of our horses

- Organise stable tours and interactive experiences in our equestrian centre

- If qualified, provide equine-assisted therapy sessions Work closely with the Kids Club and all operational departments

Your Profile

-

- Certified Riding Instructor or equivalent qualification

- Experience in equine-assisted therapy is an advantage

- Sound knowledge of horse care and stable management

- Experience working with children

- Passion for nature, horses and child-centred learning

- Independent,



responsible and well-organised working style

- Warm personality and genuine passion for hospitality

- Very good Italian and English skills; German is an advantage
