ppbThis job advertisement is addressed to all female and male candidates who meet requirements, without any discrimination based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or ethnic origin, religious belief, disability, and/or any other personal or social condition. /b /p h3What you will do /h3 pResponsible for the provision of high-quality service support to customers by leading the day-to-day activities of a team of technicians. /p h3How you will do it /h3 ul liEnsure the delivery of best-in-class customer support (service level delivery, preventive maintenance, product solutions, customer and sales organization relationship, laboratory services and parts inventories) through effective resource planning and deployment and field administration. /li liResponsible for leading field service technicians across North East Italy to ensure best in class customer experience /li liChampion a thorough understanding of customers, their businesses and the processes and instruments used in meeting their business goals /li liSet objectives for service technicians, carrying out regular reviews, coaching staff and ensuring that adequate training and development is provided /li liDrive talent development through active support /li liDevelop and maintain ongoing communication with Service leader and peers to understand and manage resource availability/limitations /li liPartner actively with direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure that resources are deployed consistently with defined obligations with customers /li liMonitor field service work and vacation planning,
ensure that internal processes are followed /li liReports competitors and trends central to the growth strategy for the service business /li liKPI Operations; drive the team to operational excellence. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liMinimum 6 years successful field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs, on-site maintenance /li liBachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering /li liPrevious successful experience in a supervisory / team leader role with team building skills /li liProven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical skills /li liAssertive personality with a strong bias for action, results orientated, innovative, tackling tough problems with firm deadlines /li liFluent in Italian, with a very good knowledge of English reading, writing and presentation skills /li liSales acumen, hands on, can-do mindset /li liProficient in Excel, Word, Notes. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pCinisello Balsamo /p h3Our benefits /h3 pThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €45.000–€61.800 per year. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
