Role Description

This is a 20-hour/week on-site role for a TEFL Certified Teacher at The American Language Center of Florence. The TEFL Certified Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, small group course teaching, and one-to-one tutoring in test prep (TOEFL, SAT)



along with general English. The role involves creating engaging and effective language learning experiences for students in Florence.

Qualifications

- Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Training skills
- Education and Communication abilities
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies
- TEFL certification or equivalent
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficiency in Italian language is a plus but not required
