We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Business Controller**to join our **Commercial Finance team.** The role is dedicated to the **Endurance & Corse Clienti** division, covering prestigious programs such as WEC, Ferrari Challenge, Corso Pilota, Eventi XX etc. You will collaborate closely with the Endurance & Corse Clienti business unit as well as all Finance departments. The main responsibilities will be: - Lead and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, (including a legal entity - Mugello)
- Drive the preparation of the budget, forecasts, and mid-term plans for the Endurance & Corse Clienti perimeter
- Conduct monthly P&L; and balance sheet analysis and reporting
- Prepare and lead monthly business reviews with senior management to track performance and highlight key business trends
- Develop and present financial business cases for new projects and initiatives (e.g., new racing cars)
- Define, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to ensure data integrity and full compliance with SOX regulations
- This role oversees all financial activities related to the Endurance & Corse Clienti division, including: - Racing programs such as the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and Ferrari Challenge
- Customer experiences,
including Corso Pilota and the XX Programme
- A full legal entity (Mugello)
- Car and sponsorship revenues, R&D; investments, inventory management, and overall cost control across programs The Finance Controller will ensure end-to-end financial ownership, supporting business decisions through accurate data analysis and strategic insight. **Required Profile**
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Economics or related field and you will have gained at least 5 years' experience in Business Controlling, ideally within the automotive, luxury, or sports industry. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes is mandatory to manage the activities. In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
