Rep Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maximize all incoming and outgoing customer communications to serve assigned customers with high‑quality service.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to understand customer needs and secure business.
- Prepare and finalize quotations, send them to customers with outside sales input, and set up the opportunity in CRM.
- Help and facilitate large quotation requests for the Sales Manager (e.g., cross‑referencing, coordinating with the MSA product‑management team, preparing cost overviews, price lists, analysis, special pricing requests, tenders).
- Support the outside sales team with quick lead‑management execution and ensure we handle leads within 48 hours.
- Prepare BI & ERP sales reports (general / line specific) periodically and on request.
- Open CAPA, follow investigation progress, and close upon satisfactory closure based on feedback from related internal parties; communicate decisions and explanations to the customer.
- Update the contact list for Customer Satisfaction Survey and follow up results with the sales manager.
- Coordinate and chair bi‑weekly meetings with the sales team, reporting sales YTD, marketing actions, handling of customer complaints, open opportunities, and outstanding issues.
- Assist the sales team with APDs (Advanced Product Development)
– ensure documentation is filled out correctly and followed up in a timely manner; maintain speed‑to‑market for MSA.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or export customer handling.
- Well‑organized, self‑starter with a sense of initiative.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and CRM is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Very good understanding of Excel and CRM.
Travel
Some limited travel may be required to support sales visits to customers and at trade shows. Training may also be conducted at our headquarters in Leuven, Belgium. xysqume
