ppJefferson Wells is recruiting an International Finance Manager on behalf of a well-known multinational Group operating in the services sector. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppReporting directly to the Group CFO, the successful candidate will: /pulliSupport the CFO and CEO across the full MA deal lifecycle, from origination through to closing and post-acquisition integration. /liliLead financial due diligence on acquisition targets, including EBITDA normalisation, quality of earnings, net financial position, working capital assessment, and the identification of key financial risks. /liliBuild and maintain financial models for target valuation (DCF, market multiples) and scenario analysis to support investment decisions. /liliSupport the structuring and negotiation of financial terms (price, earn-outs, adjustment mechanisms, RW), interfacing with legal, tax, and financial advisors. /liliManage post-acquisition financial integration, including process and systems harmonisation, and onboarding into Group reporting. /liliOversee the financial controlling of foreign entities, including periodic reporting (PL, BS, Cash Flow), budgeting, and forecasting. /liliSupport local treasury set-up (bank accounts, banking relationships, intra-group cash pooling) in coordination with the HQ Head of Treasury Controlling. /liliLead the administrative and financial set-up of new foreign entities, adapting Group processes to local regulatory requirements.
/liliImplement local ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, with a planned migration to Microsoft Business Central), ensuring seamless integration with Group systems. /liliSupervise general accounting, statutory, and tax compliance for foreign entities, coordinating with local advisors and auditors. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliMaster's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering. /liliAround 10 years of experience in structured Finance roles with international exposure; a background in Big 4, multinationals, or high-growth environments is preferred. /liliSolid experience in both controlling (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) and accounting (GL, period close, tax compliance). /liliHands-on experience setting up finance and administration functions for new foreign entities. /liliStrong knowledge of MA processes (due diligence, post-closing integration). /liliProficiency in Oracle NetSuite and/or Microsoft Business Central is preferred; experience with other structured ERPs (e.g., SAP) will be considered. /liliDeep understanding of IAS/IFRS and OIC standards; strong financial modelling and valuation skills; advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a plus). /liliAutonomous, execution-driven profile, with the ability to build processes from scratch and train local teams. /liliFluency in English (C1/C2 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
