- Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions in the workplace and surrounding environments.
- Investigate workplace accidents and environmental incidents, collaborating with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Provide expert advice and training on safety protocols and best practices.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with community members, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization’s environmental performance.
- Manage large-scale projects or processes with mínimal oversight.
- Coach, review,



and delegate tasks to junior professionals.
- Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and effective solutions. **Your background**
- Degree in Environmental Engineering or Electrical Engineer or a related field.
- Proven experience in environmental and employee health & safety roles, ideally in a complex or regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others.
