Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support professional to deliver end-to-end support for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktops, perform OS imaging and patching, apply security updates, and coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements, using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking, tickets, and remote assistance. xysqume
