What you’ll do
- Lead and oversee multiple B2B projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet changing client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure that project milestones are achieved and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings,
ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the project plan.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, showcasing progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting team members in their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, applying this knowledge to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B context, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology or digital marketing sectors, providing a deeper understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting related to project delivery.
