The role is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, with a particular focus on Prada fashion shows worldwide, ensuring excellence in execution, budget control, stakeholder management, and brand storytelling in line with luxury brand standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the planning and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, with a particular focus on Prada fashion shows worldwide, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. /li liManage all event-related activities, including project scheduling, venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, logistics, guest management, accreditation systems, production, fittings, and event setup. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand representation. /li liPartner with local markets and regional teams, providing guidance, tools, and support for the implementation of event formats while ensuring compliance with global brand standards. /li liManage relationships with external agencies, vendors, suppliers, and consultants, overseeing negotiations, contracts, budgets, invoicing, and payment processes. /li liMonitor event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation while maintaining premium execution standards. /li liOversee on‑site event operations,
proactively resolving issues and ensuring flawless execution in fast‑paced environments. /li liDevelop and implement creative concepts that enhance brand image through visual storytelling and memorable customer experiences. /li liProduce qualitative and quantitative event reports, measuring performance, key outcomes, and return on investment. Prepare strategic presentations, project proposals, and post‑event analyses to support decision‑making and future initiatives. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in fashion event management, luxury brand activations, and image events. /li liStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. /li liExperience in budget management, vendor relations, and contract administration. /li liSolid understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and brand image standards. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams. /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset and ability to perform in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. /li liProficiency in event reporting, project documentation, and performance analysis. /li liFluent English; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /ul pRAL 50.000 - 60.000€ /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
