As an **HR Generalist** in Turin, you will cover the full employee lifecycle - from administration and payroll coordination to training, recruitment, and employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for staff, while also ensuring compliance with Italian labor law and group HR standards. **Key responsibilities**: - Manage employee administration, contracts, and compliance with Italian labor law.
- Oversee payroll input, expenses, and benefits using **Zucchetti**.
- Drive the training and development agenda, from needs analysis to delivery.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Partner with Finance, Quality, and Safety teams to align HR processes.




- Promote a culture of dialogue, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. **What you bring**: - Solid knowledge of Italian labor law (CCNL Metalmeccanici a strong plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in HR within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong HRIS skills, ideally with Zucchetti, plus advanced MS Excel.
- Organizational excellence, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
