ph3SAP HCM German Payroll, Benefits Time Management (Priorità Alta) /h3 pbRole: /b SAP HCM Consultant – German Payroll, Benefits Time Management /p pWe are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll, Benefits administration (including betriebliche Altersvorsorge) and Time Management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze, customize and support SAP HCM Payroll processes for Germany. /li liConfigure and maintain Benefits Management solutions, with a focus on occupational pension schemes (betriebliche Altersvorsorge). /li liImplement and optimize SAP HCM Time Management functionalities. /li liCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions. /li liPerform testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.



/li liSupport payroll runs and ensure compliance with German legal requirements. /li liParticipate in enhancement and implementation projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong experience with SAP HCM German Payroll. /li liProven knowledge of Benefits Management, especially betriebliche Altersvorsorge. /li liSolid experience in SAP HCM Time Management. /li liExperience in SAP customization and support activities. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently in a remote environment. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liGerman language skills are strongly preferred. /li liEnglish language skills are acceptable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
