Join Gucci’s Women's RTW Product Development team to drive the end-to-end development of Outerwear and Formalwear, translating design concepts into luxe, production-ready garments. You will collaborate across Design, Merchandising, Pattern Making and Atelier, ensuring timely milestones while preserving design intent. This role blends technical rigor with creative execution, contributing to Gucci’s craftsmanship and innovation. A hands-on leader in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment offers a meaningful impact on product quality and market success.
- Annual target premio up to 20% of gross annual salary

- Manage end-to-end development from design handover to prototype and sample approval
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Pattern Making, Product Engineering and RTW Atelier
- Translate creative concepts into technically feasible luxury garments while preserving design intent
- Participate in fit sessions and translate results into development actions
- Ensure accurate communication of product information and technical specifications across functions
- Manage multiple developments simultaneously to meet collection milestones and deadlines
- Act as the Product Development reference for the assigned categories and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Minimum 10 years of Product Development experience in luxury or premium fashion
- At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Women's RTW Outerwear and/or Formalwear
- Strong technical expertise in luxury RTW product development, garment construction and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience managing full Women's RTW xysqume product development from design handover to prototype and sample approval
- Excellent planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a cross-functional organization
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Availability for weekly travel to Novara and international business travel
