Join us to make your contribution. /p pThe role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data-driven, model-based, and AI-enabled capabilities into the platform. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDefine and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms. /li liDrive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across multiple product lines. /li liAct as the primary technical authority for combine software architecture and E/E systems. /li liLead resolution of highly complex system-level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross-functional integration. /li liEstablish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles. /li /ul h3Your Experience And Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems. /li liStrong expertise in AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures. /li liProven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex,
