You’ll use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues. Your responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems such as electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Additionally, you coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. /p h3Accelerate Your Career /h3 pWe are offering a Fast‑Track Graduate Program for Field Service Engineers in Europe. The 6‑month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates looking for an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. In this role you will acquire an insight into different areas, whilst building a valuable international network. Upon completion of your training, you will be based in Agrate Brianza (MB) or Catania.
/p h3Field Service Engineer – Responsibilities /h3 ul liOn‑site installation and support of advanced electro‑mechanical and electronic wafer fabrication production equipment. /li liPerform preventive and corrective maintenance independently or as part of a team. /li liSystematic troubleshooting and fault elimination of the systems. /li liWork across technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection. /li /ul h3Trainee Program Highlights /h3 ul liTheoretical and practical knowledge transfer, as well as international placements. /li liTraining on‑the‑job and guided tasks to gain experience, supported by a local buddy, team colleagues, and managers. /li liLong‑term work opportunities at our European sites with potential development opportunities in various specialisms. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems or related field, or recent graduation. /li liProficient in English and Italian. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to build trust. /li liJudgement based on data analysis of multiple information sources. /li liProblem‑solving ability to restore machine operation. /li liEffective communication skills for explaining complex information and building consensus. /li /ul h3Job Details /h3 pTime Type: Full timebr/Employee Type: Assignee / Regularbr/Travel: Yes, 25% of the timebr/Relocation Eligible: No /p pSalary will be based on location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
