We are looking for an open-minded, friendly and flexible person to take over the management of our back office team.

Your Tasks

-

- Active upselling prior to arrival and pricing calculations for rooms and suites

- Selling additional services offered by our hotel

- Reporting and resulting recommendations to increase sales

- Providing telephone consultations to our high-end guests

- Preparing and sending quotes and booking confirmations

- Assigning tasks to the back-office team

- Monitoring and updating content in the correspondence manager

- Monitoring reservations made through electronic booking channels

- Communication between the front office, back office, and management

- Training new employees, including developing a training program

Your Profile

-

- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry

- Several years of professional experience in sales, reservations, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel

- Excellent written and spoken German, Italian, and English

- Strong organizational and communication skills





- High degree of personal responsibility

- Identification with the luxury hotel industry and a passion for advising high-end guests at the highest level

- Enthusiasm for selling high-quality rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences

- Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, and resilience under pressure

- Structured and responsible work ethic
