Are you an aerospace Technical Writer looking to work on exciting aircraft modification projects?
We're partnering with an established aerospace engineering organisation that delivers design, certification and modification solutions across a variety of aircraft platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team, producing technical documentation that supports innovative aircraft modification programmes.
The Role Working from engineering design data, technical drawings and engineering documentation, you'll produce high-quality technical publications to support aircraft modifications and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce maintenance instructions from engineering design data and technical drawings.
- Prepare Service Bulletins, Service Letters and other technical publications.
- Create supplements for Flight Manuals and MMEL documentation.
- Interpret engineering documents and translate complex technical information into clear maintenance instructions.
- Support customers with the interpretation of technical documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard.
About You
- 3 years' experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Author within aerospace.
- Experience within a Design Organisation, OEM or similar aviation engineering environment.
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical design data.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Italian language skills are essential.
- Enjoy working in a small, collaborative office-based team.
- Based in Italy / willing to relocate to Monteprandone.
