Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position:

As Vessel Equipment Engineer you will be part of the Offshore Construction team within Maintenance Department. You will support Offshore Maintenance Activity to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical production equipment

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

- Carry out maintenance and inspection of mechanical production equipment

- Lead or support the deck mechanic team in compliance with Company safety and quality procedures

- Prepare daily reports, maintain maintenance logs, and document technical issues.

- Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities Ensure the efficiency and reliability of production equipment

- Prepare maintenance plans and manage associated spare parts

What are we looking for?

Education: Diploma as a Mechanical Technician is acceptable

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in maintenance

Languages: Proficient English (technical communication required)

Technical/IT Skills: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

What else should you know?

Solid mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills

What Can We Offer To You

- Fixed term - CCNL Energia e Petrolio;

- Basic Pay not lower than 38.000 € plus overseas allowances;

- Location:Milano
