pstrongEnvironment, Health Safety Manager (RSPP) – Multi-Site /strong /ppbr / /ppOn behalf of a leading multinational industrial group, we are looking for an strongArea Environment, Health Safety Manager (RSPP) /strong who will lead the Environment, Health Safety strategy and programs across an international manufacturing footprint. /ppbr / /ppReporting directly to the strongRegional Manufacturing Director /strong and functionally to the strongGlobal Executive HSE /strong, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the organization's safety culture, enhancing EHS performance, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across manufacturing sites in Italy and abroad. The position will work closely with both local and international leadership teams. /ppbr / /ppThis is a highly visible leadership opportunity, ideal for professionals who want to make a tangible impact on the strategic direction of a global manufacturing organization. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDefine, implement and continuously develop the Environment, Health Safety strategy across the assigned manufacturing sites. /liliEnsure full compliance with applicable national and European regulations relating to health, safety, environmental protection and risk management. /liliServe as the appointed strongRSPP (Health Safety Prevention and Protection Service Manager) /strong in accordance with Italian legislation. /liliSupport Plant Managers and site leadership teams in identifying operational risks and developing effective improvement plans. /liliCoordinate internal audits, compliance assessments and regulatory inspections. /liliManage non-compliance issues by defining, implementing and monitoring corrective action plans. /liliPromote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness initiatives and capability development. /liliEnsure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of certified management systems, including strongISO 14001 /strong and strongISO 45001 /strong.
/liliDrive the implementation and sharing of EHS best practices and standardized procedures across multiple manufacturing locations. /liliPartner with Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and other business functions to integrate EHS principles into operational and investment decisions. /liliBuild and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and external stakeholders. /liliSupport EHS capital investment planning by contributing to budget preparation and project prioritization. /liliMonitor EHS performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management. /liliProvide functional leadership to local EHS professionals across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency in standards, governance and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /ppWe are seeking an experienced EHS professional with a proven track record in complex multinational industrial environments, combining strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and strategic vision. /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, Prevention Techniques, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline. /liliQualification to act as strongRSPP /strong under Italian legislation. /liliAt least strong7–10 years' experience /strong in senior EHS leadership roles within structured manufacturing organizations.
