Join our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager! You will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase;
- Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions;
- Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward;
- Organize and lead technical workshops with clients;
- Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester;
- Monitor potential technical developments for clients;
- Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process;
- Manage internal communication with various teams.
- Acting as the technical reference for the Italian payments ecosystem (This includes supporting merchants during testing and troubleshooting of local payment methods, as well as coordinating technical investigations with local issuers, acquirers and payment partners whenever needed)

- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a strong technical background.
- ? Tech enthusiast: curious and always on the lookout for new technologies.
- ? Detail-oriented and precise: your attention to detail is your strength.
- ? Multilingual: fluent English is a must.
- ? Project orchestrator: experience in project management is appreciated.
- ? Strong communication skills: excellent communicator, both written and spoken.
- ? Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript, PHP… you know your way around code.
- ➕ Premio: knowledge of CMS (Magento, Prestashop…) is a real asset.

Annual Hiring Range 35.000€ - 37000€
