ppTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented bProject Manager /b to join our team in Turin. /p pIn this vital role, you will take charge of managing and executing impactful IT projects. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will be trusted to steer projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to expand our value within the client's ecosystem. This position is ideal for a professional looking to grow further in project management within a global enterprise environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul libProject Execution: /b Manage the lifecycle of diverse IT initiatives, including application development, cloud migration, and system implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. /li libTeam Leadership Coordination: /b Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum. Oversee daily project operations, monitor service delivery quality, and organize preventive maintenance to ensure application stability. /li libRisk Issue Management: /b Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Take ownership of problem resolution, working through challenges to maintain project continuity and minimize business disruption. /li libStakeholder Change Management: /b Ensure all project activities remain closely aligned with strategic business objectives.



Manage change requests by coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders to secure approvals and facilitate seamless transitions. /li /ul h3Professional Qualifications: /h3 h3Core Requirements: /h3 ul lib4 to 5 years /b of direct Project Management experience, successfully coordinating and delivering IT projects. /li liDemonstrated hands-on experience guiding cross-functional teams within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments. /li liA solid understanding and practical application of formal Risk and Issue Management methodologies. /li liExceptional communication and presentation skills, with mandatory professional fluency in both bItalian /b and bEnglish /b. /li liPrior experience managing Data Analytics projects. /li liA background in Business Process Analysis. /li liRecognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) are highly advantageous. /li /ul h3Why Join TCS? /h3 pAs a global leader in IT services and consulting, TCS offers a dynamic environment where professional growth is a priority.
