We are looking for the /p h3Position Summary: /h3 pThe EMEA-AP Strategy PMO Manager leads and drives the strategic project portfolio of the EMEA-AP region. The role runs the regional Project Management Office for the key transformation projects and supports the Head of Region EMEA-AP in shaping the regional strategy agenda by facilitating workshops, driving actions and support in preparing analyses and presentations for the Management Team and the Advisory Committee. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic project management PMO /h3 ulliLead and run the regional PMO for the key transformation projects; /liliDefine project charters, governance, milestones and KPIs in close collaboration with technical project leads, site management and central functions; /liliBuild and maintain integrated project plans, track critical-path activities, manage risks, dependencies and escalations; /liliDrive regular project reporting to the Head of Region, the Group CEO and the shareholder; /liliCoordinate external consultants, engineering partners and EPC interfaces where projects require it. /li /ul h3Regional strategy /h3 ulliSupport the Head of Region in shaping and updating the EMEA-AP regional strategy and annual operating plan; /liliLead the preparation of business reviews, strategy days and target/milestone definitions for the region; /liliConduct market, customer, competitive and operational analyses to inform strategic decisions; /liliIdentify and structure new strategic initiatives and opportunities across EMEA-AP.
/li /ul h3Chief of Staff support: /h3 ulliPrepare presentations, briefing notes and decision documents for the Management Team and the Advisory Committee; /liliDrive preparation and follow-up of Management Team meetings; track decisions and action items through to closure. /li /ul h3PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS /h3 h3Required Experience / Skills: /h3 ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent; /liliExcellent (business fluent) English skills as a must; additional European languages are a plus; /liliStrong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and M365 Copilot or equivalent AI tool, experience with SAP and BI tools as a plus; /lilib2–3 years of exp /berience in top-tier management consulting firm in industrial /manufacturing environments (operations, capex, footprint, site transformation); /liliProven exposure to complex transformation programs, PMO setups and senior stakeholder. /liliStrong structured problem-solving, financial and analytical skills; /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of executives, board members and share holders; /liliHigh motivation, energy and independent drive, thrives in fast-moving environments; /liliHands-on, can-do attitude with a strong ownership mindset. /li /ul h3Work place: Group Headquart er, Milan (Willingness for regular business travel in Europe) /h3 h3Compensation PackageLevel: /h3 pThis offer is open to candidates of both genders in accordance with Law no. 903/77. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
