We're recruiting for a restaurant manager for a fine dining restaurant in Norway aiming for a Michelin Star. The person could be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Maitre d at the moment but the important thing is michelin tasting menu experience. Ideal person should have Michelin
- experience and a CV showing progression. Must be eager to work hard and reach the high standards of this restaruant. Accomadation available. This is a role which will suit an escape from the city. The restaurant is at the top of a mountain and offers a new outlook away from City life. Excellent salary and package in a friendly young team.
